FILING A CONSUMER COMPLAINT
In accordance with Art. 10, paragraphs 1 – 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14),
we would like to inform our customers that they can file a written complaint expressing their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service by mail to the following address:

In accordance with Art. 10 para. 5 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14), we will respond to your written complaint with a written response no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of your complaint.
In the written complaint, please write your name and surname, order number, and mail or postal address for delivery of the reply.
