Delivery conditions and costs
We ship internationally. We make packaging resistant and safe and rely on express shippers that are traceable worldwide.Order will be processed after the payment is properly received. We also offer the possibility of return the item free of charge within 14 days if it is received broken or damaged or does not match our description.
Katema reiterates that it is not responsible in any way for the various possible customs duties and charges and invites all users who wish to purchase from outside the EU (before proceeding with the order) to inquire about such expenses in order to avoid unpleasant surprises.
It also invites you to make sure that the item(s) to be imported does not violate the rules of your country.
Delivery prices depend on the volume, weight of the package and the distance from our warehouse in Koprivnica (Republic of Croatia). For each item you see what the delivery price to your country is. If the item states ” request a delivery quote”, it is a large non-standard package and by entering your data, we will be able to offer you the best, safest and most economical delivery option.
Delivery can be made:
1. By delivery/courier service
The customer receives an e-mail and an SMS from the delivery service with information about the package and the approximate delivery time. Delivery time is not possible and depends on the delivery schedule of a specific area. Each country that offers the best conditions and the fastest delivery was selected for delivery.
2. By personal collection in our store
The download of ordered items is only possible after our order notifications are ready to be downloaded.
3. Personal transport organization
We can provide you with shipping options or you can organize it yourself.
Delivery deadlines according to the terms of sale are 7 working days (and according to the law 30 days).
After handing over the package to the courier service, we will send you your shipment number to your e-mail address so that you can check your status.
